She can easily imagine you sailing the warm blue waters of the Caribbean, and it’s pleasurable for her to imagine herself by your side sipping a Mai Tai. In this example, you’re inviting her to form an alliance with you.
You’re singling her out – you know she’s not like those other women who fall for a line of profile BS. She’s already feeling more comfortable with you, so she’s going to keep reading and will be more likely to reach out when she’s done.
